Shipley’s Farm Buying Clubs
As time goes on we are still evolving with our methods of selling, what we are doing on the farm, how we are managing our animals, and hopefully improving all the time.
With this in mind, we are no longer doing buying clubs.
We have stopped attending the Leederville Farmers' Market and now sell all of our produce via three local outlets in the Albany and Denmark areas each week.
OUR PRODUCE IS NOW AVAILABLE DIRECT FROM OUR TRAILER EVERY WEDNESDAY AT THE OYSTER HARBOUR STORE FROM 2.00PM TILL 6.00PM, FROM THE TERRACE MARKET ON STIRLING TERRACE, NEXT TOT THE CAR PARK OF THE HARDWARE STORE EVERY SATURDAY MORNING FROM 8.00AM TILL 12.30PM, FROM THE BOATSHED MARKET EVERY SUNDAY FROM 10AM TILL 1.00PM AND FROM THE MARKET HELD AT THE GOLDEN HILL STEINER SCHOOL EVERY SECOND FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM 3.00PM TILL 5.00PM.
OUR PRODUCE CAN BE PURCHASED DIRECT FROM THE FARM AT 121 THOMAS ROAD, TORBAY EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 9.00AM UNTIL 4.00 PM. During these hours, the butcher's shop is in operation and there will always be someone in attendance. Cash and eftpos are available.
It was our intention to market all of our produce via the buying clubs and we still believe in the reasons for doing so.
We apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused and we haven't dismissed the idea of starting the buying clubs once we have our feet on the ground. In the next couple of weeks I will notify all of you who registered for our buying clubs of the changes and of the availability of produce for the local members.
