Certified biodynamic ferments, lard, tallow available
Right now we have superb ferments available for sale. Barb does Kefir, Kombucha, Water Kefir and Viili. She also does fermenting classes from time to time.
In addition, we make lard and tallow from our certified animals, enabling you to have a truly healthy product to cook with.
Biodynamic beef available
Our butcher's preparation room is now completed and we have ironed out a few little issues, leaving us with a wonderful addition to the farm.
All beef cuts are available most of the time and can be ordered by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning in the evenings on 9845 1609. We bring meat to Albany weekly, you can collect it from the farm by arrangement and we deliver to Denmark weekly by arrangement.
We do sausages, biltong and have more plans for other smallgoods.
We are still doing up our price list, so just email us with what you would like and we can let you know the price prior to you confirming your order.
Biodynamic Lamb available
We have lamb, yearling lamb and mutton available at all times, so let us know what you would like.
Our lamb is Wiltshire Horn, is beautifully tasty and only grass fed. We prefer eating mutton because of the increased flavour, albeit cooked a little more slowly. In addition, we have hogget (yearling lamb), along with sausages and more smallgoods to come once we are more settled in to our routine.

Because we don't have pork at all times, just ask us whether we have it available and we can let you know.
